Space Navigator Cover

This is a cover to fit the Space Navigator 3D mouse when it's not in use. The Space Navigator 3D mouse by 3DConnexion is a great bit of kit and has a lovely bright blue LED ring in the base. What isn't so lovely is trying to get to sleep with that bright blue LED ring in the same room if you happen to have it in a bedroom and leave your PC/Mac switched on overnight. To get around this issue I created a nice little hat for it. It also contains a little notch for the cable to go through. Instructions This has been designed in Solidworks and I've included the original file for people to tinker with as they wish. I've printed the cover on my Rep2 at 0.2 layer height with 20% infill and 2 additional shells with great results. You will need supports. I've tried printing it upside-down with external supports and also the correct way up with internal supports. Both work however I suggest using the internal supports because it doesn't affect the shell quality (as pictured).
