I optimized zenziwerken.de's space shuttle design for CNC cutting, integrating bCNC CAM software and a 3.175mm endmill to enhance precision. I also incorporated a secondary connector to prevent booster damage and added an optional frame feature. Before commencing the cutting process, scale this model using LibreCAD or a similar tool so that the central slot is 0.1mm wider than your board's thickness. Remember to avoid using an endmill thicker than your material, as it will be unable to accommodate the slot.
