:Space Station - Space Shuttle Dock Assembly

The model is a conceptual representation of a space station that is capable of interplanetary voyage via its own rockets. The space station / Spacecraft would dock with a NASA space shuttle and would commence interplanetary voyage. The Space shuttle would contain a landing vehicle as its payload. The docking spacecraft would remain in orbit with the shuttle while the landing vehicle would descend on the foreign planet. On return, The Space shuttle would be used for re-entry to Earth while the dock stays in orbit, thereby remaining reusable. Please note that this concept is rough and is simply an idea represented in 3D.
