This spacer is designed to increase the clearance between the 120mm PSU fan and the Z-axis roller bolt for the Ender-3 printer. After printing a popular cover on a PSU with a 120mm fan mount, I got a problem - the X-axis beam cannot move freely along the Z-axis. This spacer (2 pcs) helps fix this problem.
