Spacer for the bobbin of a "Wee Peggy" spinning wheel. This model was manufactured by John Rappard Ltd. of New Zealand in the 1970s and 80s. The bobbin is made of wood and spins on a steel rod. It needs a spacer to spin freely; this can easily fall out and get lost. The scad file is included, should you want to make adjustments to the model.
