It is to adjust the spring tension of the extruder idler for Prusa i3 MK2(S). Prusa says spring should be circa 13mm long. This spacer is 14mm height as I prefer less tension. You tell your slicer to shrink or expand the spacer according to your targeted value. You can let the part in place for printing or remove it.
