DISCLAIMER: This steering wheel is not safe to use in a real car!!! Designed this steering wheel for my DIY force feedback racing simulator. The outer diameter is 350mm. Stuff needed: 6x m4 screws 6x m4 bolts 6x m5 bolts for the center adapter to your sim setup. Heat gun Glue Apply heat to the center structure piece (2 glued pieces) and bent to getall the needed angles (25°) for the outer ring to fit. (as shown on image, all red lines are the places you need to bend) Printing: The outer ring (4 parts) - build plate support needed for the round edges. Inner structure (2 parts) - no supports needed. 100% infill The infill is not really important, I did use 10%. Printed with fillamentum black PETG. Use epoxy or super glue for all the parts. (4 ring parts need to be glued together & 2 inside structure pieces need to be glued together) DISCLAIMER: This steering wheel is not safe to use in a real car!!!
