Here is the mounting plate for the SparkLab FTS 2 Version 3 on a Kossel original extruder, and it's purely functional - no design flair here! The .stl files for the SparkLab FTS and Kossel extruder are included with my openSCAD file, so you shouldn't need them unless you're using openSCAD to visualize things.
