Sparkmaker Laser Pro Air Assist

Sparkmaker Laser Pro Air Assist

UPDATE: I have increased the wall thickness of the FanDuct outlet so that with a layer height of 0.2mm, 7 layers are printed instead of 2. Herewith I present my self-designed Air Assist for the Sparkmaker Laser Pro. All the solutions that are available always require an external supply of air and electricity in the form of aquarium pumps etc. etc. and since I wanted a simple and equally effective solution that is compact, I designed this Air Assist. Depending on the version, either 2 M2x8 or 2 M3x8 and 2 M2x12 or 2 M3x12 screws are needed ( whichever 4010 fan is used) to attach the fan and duct to the bracket. To attach the holder to the laser head, 2 M3x12 screws are required. The fan is connected directly to the laser head and may have a maximum output power of 3 watts. 4010s have a maximum of 1.2 watts and 5015s a maximum of 2.8 watts. I prefer Winsinn or NoiseBlocker Fans. If you have any suggestions or wishes, please let me know and feel free to leave a Like. Who wants can buy me a coffee ^^ https://www.paypal.me/DonDRWarlord
