Spartan Knife Block

<p>A brave spartan with the strength to hold your knives!</p><p>This was my first design for 3D printing and It was made to suit my needs.</p><p>There were already a couple of stands like this in the site but they were either too small or too big and complex. Thus, I made a new version from scratch, taking ideas from both and striking for a middle term in terms of size and simplicity.</p><p>This is a 3 part print that can be assembled with some force and didn't require any glue.</p><p>Original Things: <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780851">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780851</a> <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:646950">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:646950</a></p><p>Included shield STEP file for easier customization</p><p><strong>Print Notes:</strong></p><p>All parts have flat faces so they are easy to lay down and print.<br>I used tree support just for the junction holes of the shield and the head of the spartan.</p><p>I suggest trying to turn on ironing for a better finish.</p><p>Might require a bit of sanding the junctions for easier assembly.</p>
