Some tools to make a service on Fox damper with Brain. Bleeding tool need 100% infill and supports to print small thread to syringe and big thread for damper with 18x2mm o-ring. 1. Assembly without IFP moving cap and pneumatic chamber (like in the picture) but Brain mass block with some string (thin cable tie) that you can take out thru IFP chamber - it will allow to oil flow until you remove it 2. Instal on your clamp damper with orientation that IFP chamber is up ! (on the picture is upside down!) 3. Put oil thru IFP chamber and suck thru bleeding hole by syringe with tool 4. Make movements with damper, some shake, keep control oil amount in IFP chamber and in syringe 5. Extend damper to end position and fulfil the IFP chamber full full, then instal the IFP moving cap (attention to air bubbles, make angle to release) pushing in to 23mm deeph with the tool. 6. Turn upside down (like in the picture) repeat bleeding just from the top, then set once again 23mm on IFP moving cap. 7. Unscrew bleeding tool, close bleeding hole and IFP cap with rubber valve. 8.
