Specific Nexus 6 with Qi Charger Stand

This is a very specific Phone Charging stand I made for my 2014 Motorola Nexus 6, the guts of a cheap Chinese Qi charger and a car window cell phone mount arm. I took the guts out of a cheap Chinese Qi charger, put some electrical tape on the back of the electronics board and then folded it over super-glued it to the back of the Qi charging plate. I then designed this phone holder to fit that Qi charger guts and my Nexus 6 along with holes to mount it onto a standard Car Window phone holder arm. The Qi charger guts slide in from the top with the mini-USB connected at the bottom. You then plug in the power cord from underneath. Its a little tight getting my chubby fingers in there, but doable. All this because I have a very small desk and nowhere to lay the charger down. So now I have it mounted to the side of my desk, out of the way, but still easily accessible. I made it extra thick and tough because it's hanging a $600 phone off the side of my desk! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage occurring to your phone, floor, or dog lying under it (or anything else) should you build this and it fails for whatever reason. Nor am I responsible for anything else that goes bad in your life... Maybe you have a similar situation, or this will inspire you to make something like it... Print Settings Printer: Hcc Convenient 3D crappy printer Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm Infill: 20%-30% Notes: I printed this at .2mm, 30% infill and .9mm sides, top and bottom with Support Type = Everywhere. I wanted it to be tough so it wouldn't break easily. Change at your own discretion. I'm not responsible for anything (including my own bad decisions - that's what my therapist says). Supports will only show up on the holes on the back for the mounting arm. You need those supports so the holes come out correctly. Still, with my cheap-x printer, I still had to do some filing to get the holes the proper size to mount and click into place. Post-Printing Some Filing Required, Perhaps Based on the quality of your printer (mine is crap) and how well tuned it is, you may have to do some filing on the mounting holes/slots in the back to get the car window mount arm to insert. Make sure it inserts easily, or you'll never get it out again. The little bumps in the slots may also need to be filed a bit so that it snaps into place. Otherwise your phone will fall off and injure your floor or dent your cat (not good).
