A model of a SPECTACLE STRAP for a manufacturing by "DIY".What do you need:Two straps with an outer diameter of 2.5 mm and a length of 400 mm, made of a rubber core with a fabric coating.Four bushings (made of »ABS« or acrylic glass), whereby three of them are identical.Two balls with a centrical hole (made of »ABS« or acrylic glass).Adhesive like "UHU HART SPEZIALKLEBER" (www.UHU.com)The bushings and the ball could be alternatively 3D printed.A prototype already exists (have a look at the macro images).Notes:Straps are mdeled in a not partially deformed state.Glued areas are shown in two screen shots.The model is available in following data formats:STEP file (,stp) of the assembly, STL files (.stl) of the plastic components.
