Idler pulley written in SCAD. Able to customize inner diameter, outer diameter, groove diameter, groove height and overall height. Print Settings Printer: RepRap-XY Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 40 Notes: TESTED - Works like a charm with 0.44mm spectra line (with the dimensions already in there) Needs to be printed with high temperature, so spectra line doesn't slit through the layers of plastic. Other than that, print with normal settings. If possible, use PET-G or similar, for flexibility reasons. The dimensions in the SCAD is for MR105 bearings, pres-fit with a vise.
