Spectroscope à mainInspiré de "Easy Spectroscope" de larsenkgJ'ai effectué quelques modifications :La taille est différenteLe tube en carton est remplacé par un tube en plastiqueDes marques sont présentes sur les pièces pour pouvoir les orienter à 90°La fente fait 250 µM de largeUn porte cuve permet d'insérer une cuve de spectrophotomètre / colorimètre pour observer l'absorbance de différentes solutions (chlorophylle par exemple)Pour le montage, découpez un vieux CD (ça marche bien avec Sardou) pour obtenir un réseau.Utilisez du ruban adhésif pour décoller la partie supérieure du CD.Redécoupez le CD à la bonne dimension, la partie radiale doit être parallèle au côté étroit de l'ouverture.Fixez avec de la patafix.Le réseau (CD) et la fente doivent être à la perpendiculaire.Observez en direction d'une lampe Led (blanche!). Évitez les néons, le spectre est incomplet.
