<p>[ENG]</p><p>The tool has two ends. On one side there is a ball and on the other side there are small protrusions. The side with the protrusions is suitable for speech therapists to assess the sensitivity of the mouth. It can be dipped into foods of different flavours to test the taste sensitivity of the tongue. The ball part can be used for thermal tactile stimulation, i.e. after cooling the aid or dipping it in ice water, the swallowing trigger and swallowing reflex can be stimulated by touching the palatal arches. It can also be used with clients with neurological disabilities with unusual tongue shapes in a high or low tone manner to stimulate the central groove in the tongue and train bolus organization.&nbsp;</p><p>[CZ]</p><p>Pomůcka má dvě zakončení. Na jedné straně je kulička a na druhé drobné výstupky. Strana s výstupky je vhodná pro logopedy pro zhodnocení senzitivity úst. Lze ji namáčet do potravin různých chutí a testovat tak chuťovou senzitivitu jazyka. Část s kuličkou lze využít pro termálně taktilní stimulaci, tedy po zchlazení pomůcky, nebo namočení do ledové vody lze pomocí doteku na &nbsp;patrové oblouky stimulovat spouštění polykání a &nbsp;polykací reflex. Také ji lze využít s klienty s neurologickým postižením s neobvyklým tvarem jazyka, který je způsobem vysokým či nízkým tonem ke stimulaci centrálního žlábku v jazyku a tréninku organizaci bolusu.&nbsp;</p>
