SpeedDrive remix for an Ender 3 V2 with a BMG and stepper motor

Hi everyone, This thing remixes dascook's remix of the speeddrive to work on an Ender 3 V2. As with dascook's remix, you will need a BMG (or equivalent clone) and a thin pancake stepper motor. I used a 20mm stepper motor from stepper online. There is a small piece of PTFE tubing required to connect the exit of the BMG to the top of the heat sink. It does need to bend but it seems to work okay for me. Thank you to the original designers for their work.
