Speedloader block for the 10 shot, 22LR Smith and Wesson S&W 617 Revolver.

For use with the excellent SpeedBeez speedloader, and has a place for the loader to sit while refilling the block.

Print instructions

Two STLs:
Chamfered has chamfered holes for the cartridges.
NoChamf = no chamfer.

Personally, I find the no chamfer to actually work better without any additional finishing on the print. Chamfer results in small stair steps that are more likely to grab onto waxy bullets. But these could probably be smoothed with finish work.

If there are issues with print flaws (or Z Seam bulges) inside the holes which cause rounds to stick, ream them using an expended 22LR case. Flare the end of the case slightly (I used a phillips head screwdriver bit) and insert/extract from the loading block a few times to scrape down any rough spots.

Designed on Fusion 360, printed and tested on Ender 3 using 0.4 nozzle, Hatchbox PLA.
