*** USE AT YOUR OWN RISK *** *** USE AT YOUR OWN RISK *** *** USE AT YOUR OWN RISK *** EDIT Aug 14, 2019: I widened the slots for the clips 0.2mm - makes it much easier to insert. You still probably want to flatten the little 'barb' that holds the clip in place. __________ You may insert these batteries wrong. You may solder the wires wrong. The connector may come with polarity reversed. Your batteries could explode. Anything could go wrong and ruin your $600 radio. These are battery clip/spring holders so that I could use 3x3500ma 18650 batteries giving me (supposedly) over 10,000 mah of juice for my IX12. The clips and springs are from here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072379C1R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 JST XH 1s connectors (??? are these correct??? ) : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FBJY26N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The slots for the clips are VERY SNUG. You may need to use tools or heat them up to insert them. I also used needle nose pliers to push down the little barbs on the springs and clips. It's tight enough as it is. Then solder your wires in parallel and clip the little tab off the bottom very closely so you don't scratch up the inside of the battery compartment. https://youtu.be/ut6JOoAGFVw *** USE AT YOUR OWN RISK *** *** USE AT YOUR OWN RISK *** *** USE AT YOUR OWN RISK ***
