Sphere60 eiffel style
thingiverse
This puzzle involves assembling a sphere using four distinct pieces, just for fun and due to an affinity for spheres. To create it, use OpenOffice/Draw software to cut the pieces on a Zing laser cutter; 3mm thick materials like MDF work well. You'll need 24 wheels with five slots, 40 wheels with six slots, 60 curved pieces with two circles, and 30 curved pieces with three circles. Assemble by connecting pairs of two-circle curved pieces with five-slot wheels, then linking them together using six-slot wheels and three-circle curved pieces. Many thanks to souriceaux06 for converting the design to .dxf format and amk for their derivative plans. Although English is not my primary language, I tried my best in explaining this process.
