Spicy bolt spice shaker

<h3>What?</h3><p>A weird idea I got after printing the Prusa Mini demo bolt and nut: a spice shaker/bottle shaped like a bolt. The purpose of the nut is to close the hexagonal sprinkle hole while you fill it up with your favorite spice, but it's also nice to fiddle with if you're bored and all you have is your weird printed spice shaker.</p><h3>Parts</h3><ul><li>The body,<strong> _1hole</strong> and <strong>_closed</strong>. The closed one does not have a hole. This will hold your spices or other stuff you might want to hide in a bolt-shaped container.</li><li>The cap, this is the base the bottle will stand on, you probably want one of these.</li><li>The nut, you won't necessarily need these, but they make it easier to fill the shaker with dusty spicy stuff. Includes <strong>20</strong>mm and <strong>24</strong>mm thick ones. <strong>_tol02</strong>, <strong>_tol03</strong> and <strong>_tol04</strong> are increasing tolerances. On my Mini+, Prusament PLA and 0.2mm layers, the 03 is still usable but a bit tight, the 04 is nice and spinny, good for making your bottle a fidget toy. The 02 was really tight, I need to test if thinner layers would help it turn, but it wasn't usable with my settings.</li></ul><h3>Printing these</h3><p>I've printed these with my Prusa Mini using Prusament PLA and PETG, 0.2mm layer height. Nothing special in settings, except maybe <strong>avoid crossing perimeters</strong> to avoid stringing inside the bottle if you intend to fill it with something edible. These print without supports, so no post processing needed, the threads will get smoother the more you play with it.</p><p>Maybe don't print a full spice rack of bottles with the same filament, color code your bolts with different caps or nuts?</p><h3>To-do</h3><p>I printed some simple washers to label the bottles, but these make the bottles awkward to hold. Need to find a better way to label these.</p><p>Also I might add another hole-configuration in addition to the single hole shaker body, many small holes is probably better for finely ground stuff and large ones for stuff like chili flakes.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
