These are leg extender that fit on any 16mm diameter legs. They are 10 inches long giving you a lot of stability. They are used to greatly increase the stability of a tripod. The photos show that before the extenders were added, the legs could not be positioned at an angle, because the center section hit the floor first. with the leg extenders.
