I got the idea for this from MrPete222 on youtube who does machine shop class videos. His version required drilling, cutting and soldering, which I could do, but hey I have a 3D printer or 4. The container is used to put an acid brush (metal tube handle with black bristles) in the appropriate oil to brush on parts being cut, drilled or tapped. The design uses a slot at the base of the inner tube to allow oil to get to the brush without sloshing. The holes on top allow dripped oil to flow back into the container.
