I envisioned a playful toy designed to unleash an ear-piercing sound simply by twirling one's wrist. Simply grasp the main handle and whirl your arm around in a full circle, sending the toggles into action against a thin metal sheet that produces a loud racket kids will enthusiastically love making. I hope users of all ages appreciate my creation!
