The two parts at the upper & lower end can be spun. Inspired by "Kinekt" Ring that I own, but this is a simplified design. Solidworks 2021 + STEP file of assembly attached. May be 3D printed; can be CNC'd but requires the 2 spinning parts to be slid unto the main body of the ring before widening the ends.
