This is a tweaked version of the Standard handguard (Link for standard one below). As you can see, this version has a spiral pattern carved into the handguard itself. This was made with a 32mm inner diameter in order to fit the Acetech Bifrost tracer unit, however you will find both the Bifrost diameter version (Bifrost has 30mm diameter, handguard has inner diameter of 32mm) and a 35mm inner diameter version (to fit for example, Acetech Lighter BT).
