I didn't want to print the whole wand, but wanted lights and room for regular mini switches. The LED light shades are available at Digikey, but so are the cad files. I converted the files to STL files and printed them. Mainly because I didn't want to wait. they turned out... OK, never as good as the real thing, but not too bad. I print at a very slow speed, 100% infill, and 0.06 mm layers. It took about 15 minutes to print each one. 1/4" hole for the CLB model and 9/32" for the CMC model. I used 2 CMC, one in the original switch hole(clear), the other right beside it (yellow). The 3 CLB's I used one beside the Clippard valve (clear), one at the front end(Red) of the wand and one beside the green hose (red). The box for the switches is made to fit onto the original Spirit Halloween wand once you cut off the old box flush with the square that "holds" the box on. (the picture should help to understand) Cutting the box off in order to leave the right plastic left in place was done with flush cutters and a file. There is lots of plastic left to glue the new box onto, so it should be pretty solid. I use Lepage Ultra Gel Control (in Canada) for PLA. It's called Loctite Ultra Gel Control in the US.
