"We've got one!" While Spirit has produced a really good PKE meter, it needs a little help to make it great. Here are the things I modded on my PKE meter: 1. Clip Plug - Take the back of the PKE meter apart by removing the screws. Remove the screw holding the clip. Using a Dremel or other cutting tool, remove the cone the clip was attached. Insert the clip plug into the hole and glue into place. Use something like Bondo or other sand-able filling putty to fill the gaps. After it dries, sand and paint. 2. Screen - I printed the main part of the screen with green filament using supports and stopped the print at 4.5mm. I then swapped out to yellow filament and started the second print at 4.5mm making sure to turn off skirts. You might also want to switch to .1 print height to get enough layers. You will have to carefully disassemble the entire PKE to get to the screen (check Punished Props YouTube video on how to do so). Use a Dremel or other cutting tool and cut the colored buttons off of the old screen. Glue the 3D printed screen and button into place. 3. Button - Print four of these. Use either silk silver filament or spray paint silver. You do not have to disassemble the PKE to install these. Simply hot glue them into the speaker holes. The hot glue will act as a muffler and allow the higher pitched beeps to come through while slightly silencing the "ambient noises" Spirit added to the device. While you have it apart, I would suggest sanding the outside case slightly and painting it. I choose a flat black. If you are comfortable with tiny electronics, you might also want to change the LED sequence on the arms. You can find that info in the GBFans.com forums. Be warned, the connectors are very delicate.
