The base thickness should be set to 1, with a twist of 0.4 cycles, a height of 75, and a fixed ring radius of 16. The rotating ring radius is 4, with two turns, a layer height of 2mm, an 8mm distance between the rings, a wall width of 0.8, and 500 segments for optimal design.
