Spline Jig - 45 Degree bracket

Spline Jig - 45 Degree bracket

I got frustrated that I couldn't find a 45 degree bracket. Or Spline jig, or whatever this is. So I just made one up in sketch up. The idea is you print 2, attach to your table saw cross cut sled on either side of the blade, and then you can cut a slot for your miter joint splines. Or whatever you want to use this for. As of posting I've not tested, but I am confident enough to upload it. Fair warning. the model is borked and I couldn't be bothered to fix it. So here's the fix. it's 6mm long. It should be 6in. So scale this so the 6mm is 152.4mm alternately if you can just apply a multiplier it should be 25.4x larger. Woopsie... I also recommend you print it on it's side.
