This split-level 3D model is available in multiple formats, with ready-to-use lighting sets for high-end renderings and animations. Customizable materials, colors, disposition, and illumination make it easily adaptable to your needs. Vray sun, skylight portals, and physical camera are properly set, as well as mental ray scene with lighting and camera set. Import formats may require texture reassignment; however, texture coordinates are preserved in all formats. Available formats include max (with Vray and standard materials), 3ds, c4d, fbx, obj, and dae. All objects are included in the archive, along with materials and textures (total of 36).
