Ball Bearings are no longer a necessity; instead, print "Top Plate B" for versions requiring them. The original design was outstanding, aside from the ball bearings found at https://www.amazon.com/Mercurry-F623ZZ-Miniature-Bearings-printer/dp/B01HFX12K6/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1490078732&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=F623ZZ+Deep+Groove+Motor+Ball+Bearing, there is one additional non-printed component. A small metal rod needs to be installed with a drill, as explained in Post-Printing. This version allows it to fit on smaller build plates. Supports have been added to the base and handle, significantly increasing its strength without adding print time. Little nubs are also present on "Top Plate," eliminating the need for ball bearings.
