The gauge is to help truing the motorcycle or bicycle spoked-wheel. It's an add-on for my wheel-balancing stand with a frame of 60x30mm. You will need pair of M8 nuts and bolts to complete the thing, and some pointed stick or pen with a diameter between 6 to 9mm to point at the rim.
