Hello, here you'll discover my spool adapter and spring nut for 6mm threaded rod. These components allow you to make quick spool changes and rapidly attach various widths of spools. The spool adapter enables use of spools with internal diameters ranging from 30mm to 60mm. This adapter is designed specifically for two bearings, model 626 2Z. The spring nut is engineered for extremely fast securement of spool adapters on 6mm threaded rod. Simply press the button, pass it through the rod into the spool adapter, then release the button and tighten the nut. The tightening force depends on the selected spring. The spring nut is designed for use with a 6mm spring; I utilized a spring measuring 15x6x0.6mm in size. To secure the button within the spring nut body, you will need to install a screw with specifications M3x16mm. In the attachment, you'll find two models of the button. Although they appear identical, one model features an additional hole for an M6 half-nut.
