Spool holder and rod center

Needed a way to hold a spool above my printer. I feel this works better. Found a current rod someone threw out. This one happened to be 1/2" OD. Also made a spool center for the rod. The spool I used had an opening of ~2.2"" in the center and I used the 0.5 inch opening. I make my holes tight and then ream them out. I feel I can get better results this way for the prints aren't always consistent. Be prepared for this to be a tight fit.
