This is a spool holder axle for many common top mount spool holders used fr PRUSA type printers. One of the files is a solid print and the other has a 5mm clearance hole which would allow you to insert a 5mm threaded rod through the center for added strength. However, the solid axle seems plenty string enough at 35% or higher infill.
