After following the guide on https://letsprint3d.net/how-to-make-a-filament-dryer/ , this part was created to enable smooth rotation of the filament spool. It uses a 6" Lazy Susan as a base, the one pictured was from https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-6-in-Square-Lazy-Susan-Turntable-with-400-lb-Load-Rating-49548/203661089 It is attached to the base with M3 screws, washers and nuts. The tapered sides allow for spools of different inner diameters to fit and be centered on the tray.
