This is a spool holder that hangs from the wire rack of the [IKEA VEBERÖD shelving unit](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/10343328/). This is a workaround for the issue that the display shelf is slightly too short to fit my printer and the spool holder it came with.
