This custom spool holder fits Prototype Supply brand filaments from Toybuilder Labs (http://www.toybuilderlabs.com). For Replicator, use "r2d"; for Replicator 2 and 2x, use "r2e". It's based on woale's Customizable Spool Holder with a modified tongue for Replicator 2 fit. To print it, use at least 40% fill and raise solid layer thickness to 1mm if using thin layers. PLA is recommended due to less shrink and warp. Under-report filament diameter slightly or use other slicer tricks for stronger hold. Extrude a little hotter but slower than usual. Remove helper tabs after printing. For improved strength, slightly under-report filament diameter during slicing or employ other techniques to trick the slicer into extruding thicker plastic.
