Spool Holder with 4mm bearings and easy mount

I took the well known Tush Spool holder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047554, imported it in Fusion and changed the diameter of the pins to 4 mm as i have smaller bearings as in the original design. Unfortunately the result came out to be 3.6 or 3.7 mm so the bearing was way to loose and no chance the spool holder will work... So i created a new design based on the original TUSH, but adding a simple mounting option at the bottom of the parts. My bearings are 13 mm in diameter, the inner hole is 4 mm and they are 6 mm wide. I also uploaded the fusion file so you can modify if you want!
