This is another approach to a spool holder. It uses two 608 bearings to fit on an 8mm axis. It screws together for a sturdiness. Inspired by Thing 43347233. But I needed a different size and I wanted bearings. Designed to be printed without supports. I printed it with a brim to get it started. The screw thread can be tight after printing. Just work it back and forth a few times until it loosens.
