Spool roller

A simple redesign of ianlee74's roller. Modified dimensions to fit my spools, and added some bearing edge stops on the inside, so the bearings can be pressed in, but remain flush with the outside surface. This roller is to be placed inside the filament spool, to use in combination with a spool holder that uses an 8mm rod, I used my "Spool Skeleton Mount for Delta Kossel" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1740925 with an 8mm threaded rod and 2 x M8 wing nuts. Dimensions: 31 x 31 x 105mm It uses 2x 608zz bearings, one on each end. Prints without need for supports. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Kossel Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4 Infill: 20% Notes: Designed with no clearance to the bearings (22mm), so if you need a bit of clearance to fit the bearings, you can just scale it up slightly on your slicer program. I printed one of these in PLA (not scaled), and it was a very tight fit to press the bearings in. Obviously, the fit/clearance depends on your printer settings (under/overextruding, flow ratio, etc.)
