Spool Roller with flanged ball bearing

This is a universal spool roller for spools of diameter 200mm and up. Instructions Print two copies of the base. Add for each : 4x F624zz bearing 2x M4x25 bolt 2x M4 nut 4x M4 washer File the inner surfaces where the bearing will be loacted. File the bolt holes with needle file. Don't force drill them, they snap easily. Pair up the flanged bearings with the flanges out. Assemble the bearings inside the slots using a bolt by placing a washer at each surface mating with the plastic. Tighten by hand or gently using a screwdriver. The foremost copy in the attached photo shows the first iteration where the supports are smaller than the ball bearings' flange. This was too fragile and broke off when re-drilling the bolt holes to size. The final version in the background has larger supports. Enjoy!
