Modified Spool Support by DavidMR91 to fit Sainsmart PLA and ProtoParadigm PLA spools; suitable for spools with outer width less than 64mm, inner width over 33mm. Features resistance against rapid unwinding, preventing tangles. Print without supports for version without a step or with supports for one with step; use 100% infill for sturdiness. Assemble using 2x 608ZZ ball bearings at each corner and 4x M4 by 30mm bolts. Option to thread filament through front hole or from top of spool, preferring the latter for direct extruder input without angle-bending.
