Spool support using 696Z bearing - snap-fit design

This design is based on a nice idea from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2185015 . However, the original design could not be altered and there were no sources files. I wanted to use smaller bearings 696Z since I had them in stock, and they make a smaller footprint. Fair warning though, this thing may not be compatible with all filament spools out there. But the Openscad file should be simple enough to understand (worst case scenario, just ask me!). Instead, this has been remade in Openscad in parametric form. I used two libraries, the first one is a shortcuts library, the second one is the wonderful spline library from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1468725 . This thing uses two 696Z bearings per support, for a total of 4 per spool. It has to be printed four times to build one spool holder. The print is quite simple, and should not pose any problems, I'm using the standard 0.2mm profiles with 10 or 20% infill.
