Spool wall holder (console) for M8 threaded rod

thingiverse

Here is my design for spool wall holders using a M8 threaded rod. The spools sit on top of the rod and touch the wall with their backside. This design allows taking the spools easily off and on the shelf. It’s not a beauty but it works and it’s rigid. Actually it’s my first design and I’m not so familiar with Tinkercad yet, but at least I created something from nothing and it solved one of my problems. I suggest to use one holder every 50cm of the rod (= 3 holders for 1m rod). Printing instructions: Material: PLA Temp: 210°C Infill: 20-30% Layer height: 0.25 3 perimeters No supports, raft, brim etc. Just a simple straightforward print.
