SpoolHolder2
pinshape
I just needed another type of spool holder, so I tried something new. I used PLA filament with the hot end set to 214 degrees Celsius and the build plate at 63 degrees Celsius. The infill percentage was only 10%, which I now realize should have been higher - 25% would have been better. I printed each layer at a thickness of 0.20 millimeters and kept the extrusion speed steady at 45 millimeters per minute, although I don't remember exactly how long it took to finish the print. It was probably around six or seven hours. Incidentally, my printer is a CTC MakerBot clone.
