I fixed the two issues I had with the otherwise amazing original design: (1) bearing rubbed against mount causing binding; and (2) my bearings were loose, so slipped off the mount. The built in washer prevents the side of the bearing from rubbing. The new "bearing holder" keeps bearing on. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: ABS is my material of choice. Post-Printing You will need a total of four M3x15 screws, four M3 nuts, and four 608ZZ bearings. Use the "small" bearing holder for a minimalist design, or the "large" for a built in fender to keep the filament spool more on track. Optionally, used flanged bearings to get an even better fender effect.
