Spring loaded CNC mount for a Donek Drag Knife

A spring loaded CNC mount for my Donek drag knife. http://donektools.com/ Needed to cut paper for testing and thus got a Donek Knife for my CNC - but The tool length and the collect diameter did not fit my CNC. Thus this holder is to replace the router and fit into the CNC. I made it spring loaded to compensate for the uneven surface of my vacuum pad. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 40% Post-Printing Assambly 1) Fit in the spring (7mmØ, 0,8mm steel thickness and 15mm long) in the lid part 2) Fit in the magnet (10X10X10 mm^3) on top of the spring. 3) Secure lid, top plate and CNCmount with 6 hex bolts screwed directly into the plastic of the CNCmount (designed with to small bore) 4) The holes for the knife shaft is designed with to small bore and thus you should (re)drill the bore to snug fit of your knife shaft. I can not obtain this fit straight of on my printer. 5) Mount on CNC and cut away.... Optional a Hole in the top of the lid over the spring is made for optional inserting a bolt that can be applied in increase spring tension. Enjoy
