This multi-functional spring-loaded device fits the Prusa i3's X carriage extruder mount holes, supporting rotary tools, engravers, and pens like Sharpie or etch-resist. However, it has a large Y axis offset of 55mm, which should be resolved in future iterations. Adjustable spring tension works with #6 machine screws (M4 alternatives possible) and requires two compression springs, hose clamps, and extruder mounting screws. To print the tool holder, use ABS for B-toolhead-inner.stl, needing support structures, and A-toolhead-outer.stl without support structures, where minor warping may occur. Smooth inner channel fitting with outer channel by filing light ridges. Assemble nuts, screws, and springs within slot traps, adjusting tension for tasks. Position tool properly above the print bed, noting Z offset with a particle board.
